Aaron Leigh Schacht is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s in science in chemistry from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, United States. He is the chief executive officer of BiomEdit, LLC. He was recognized as Visionary CEO in the Animal Health Awards 2023 by S&P Global. He has been a Director on our Board since 2026. He was formerly associated with Elanco Animal Health and currently a director on the board of various companies including Gallant Pet, Inc., Purdue Research Foundation, Mileutis Limited and Ophirex, Inc. He has 36 years of experience primarily in the animal health sector.
