Shashank Surendra Sinha is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Sardar Patel University, India and post graduate diploma in management from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. He is the founder and designated partner of Wabi Sabi Advisory LLP. He has been a Director on our Board since 2026. He was associated with Strides Pharma Science Limited (formerly Strides Shasun Limited) and is currently a director on the board of various companies including EPL Limited, Fullife Healthcare Private Limited and Strides Consumer Private Limited. He has board experience primarily in health sector.
