Swapnil Wadhwa is responsible for digital transformation and overall technology portfolio viz. digital, analytics, applications, infrastructure and cyber-security. He has diversified business & technology experience and specializes in business, IT & digital transformation initiatives leveraging information & digital technologies, analytics, business process re-engineering, lean, and organizational change management to enable business outcomes and tangible value creation.
Swapnil comes with around 25 years of versatile experience in senior-level strategic roles in process & technology driven organisations in sectors like pharma, automotive, manufacturing, media, light engineering and IT. Prior to joining Aragen, Swapnil worked at Holcim and was leading APAC IT and Holcim global digital hub to build digital & analytics capabilities. Before that he worked with reputed organizations like Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, The Times of India Group, Minda HUF, General Electric (GE) and HCL Hewlett Packard.
